This urban infill project was designed to help revitalize a NE Portland neighborhood, while maintaining the presence of a historic Tulip tree.

The program included 9,700 s.f. of open plan retail space, an outdoor cafe deck below the tree and on-site parking.

The building connects to the street with strategically located entry points, large expanses of glass and details that reflect the historical context of the surrounding neighborhood.
