This redevelopment aims to create a "seamless shopping experience". This is a 1960's strip mall that has been converted and expanded to a modern shopping experience. Access to the mall and food court is through major entry points identified by architectural elements and materials.

Exterior building materials are primarily brick, stucco, pre-cast concrete, and wood. Materials were chosen to create a timeless design that fits into its surrounding retail environment.

The landscaping and color palette weave the elements of the mall together.
