Commissioned with the task of designing a 40,000 s.f. Call Center for over three hundred people, the architectural team was challenged to design a floor plan fostering solidarity, while preserving individual workgroups in an appealing and motivating esthetic. The design team resolved the client's needs by developing an open floor plan. The space plan identified and accommodated seven distinct workgroups clustered around managerial offices. Both managers and workgroups were provided with direct sight lines to the outside allowing for an invigorating environment.
