This client requested that their new two-story 28,000 square foot office building emulate the imagery of an English country house.

Composed of simple stucco volumes capped with a dark roof, the building contains residentially scaled dormers, roof terraces, and chimneys.

Aluminum framed windows trimmed in pre-cast concrete and slate offer expansive views of the Columbia River and Mt. Hood.

Lush landscaping in the classical English garden tradition surrounds the building and completes the design.
